I contacted their sales department prior to ordering for information on pulling their assembly through conduit. After ordering and doing the pull, their advice was perfect to allow the pull without any binding or catching.

LANshack communicates with their customers very well. They send out orders status updates promptly. Inquiries are responded to quickly. They're overall very good to deal with. They ship fast too.
